Order, Shipping & Delivery

 

We take pride in our prompt shipping service and use only reputable courier agencies to ensure that your order is delivered to you in the shortest possible time. We aim to process all domestic orders within one business day and typically, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. However, if you are located in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, the delivery may take between 7-10 working days to reach you.

 

Please note that shipments are not sent out on weekends or public holidays. While we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, please note that the arrival date and time is dependent on the courier partner and your location.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount which is updated periodically on our website. For orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge of 75 INR will be applied at checkout. Please note that the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout are final, but please be aware that shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Certain courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete delivery, which will be sent to the number provided when placing the order. The OTP must be provided for the completion of the delivery.

 

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

 
You can track the status of your package 4-6 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or you can email us at ordertracking@lapink.com and we’ll do it for you. You can expect a response from us within a day with your updated shipping status.
